SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION (print this page and mail in with your registration)
We are pleased to offer conference attendees, in need of financial assistance, with registration support. In addition to the reduce registration fee when you register with a friend and the WAEYC trainers certificates, we encourage you to apply for two other scholarship opportunities available to eligible participants.
STARS reimbursement scholarships are available for mandatory STARS participants. To download an application, click on "STARS Forms" at www.stars.del.wa.gov.
Department of Early Learning $100 Scholarships
DEL Funding is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to any eligible registrant requesting one. A maximum of five employees per program may receive scholarships to attend a particular conference.

Eligibility: Scholarships can only be awarded to participants if you are and agree to the following:
| I am currently working in a Washington State licensed, exempt or tribally-certified child care or afterschool program. | |
| I am not a Washington State employee (including but not limited to Head Start, ECEAP, and School District employees). | |

I have enclosed my completed conference registration form. |
Agreement: I meet all above criteria and will send this form in with my registration. If I am awarded a scholarship, I will use this opportunity for the benefit of my professional development and my community.
