A coherent vision is the core of administrative success in early learning programs. A thoughtfully communicated vision invites and develops quality teachers, which in turn builds a solid client base. This conference is intended for administrators of early learning programs to explore various elements of quality programing through the lens of a well-designed vision.

"This Director Series conference is focused on increasing program value through clarity of vision. A clear vision serves as the foundation for a well-run, high quality program. During the first session you will learn skills to create (or revise) your vision to develop more strategic program goals and outcomes.
Using your vision to hire, develop and retain high quality staff can be challenging. During the second session of our one-day conference, we'll look at how to create a strategic plan that helps you maintain a staff of teachers who work to fulfill the vision of your program. This session has specific strategies for hiring, developing and retaining teachers based on alignment with your vision. Explore how targeted interviewing, observation and evaluation, and professional development support can fill your program with staff that communicates the vision of your program.
Lastly, we'll discuss practical ideas about how to effectively communicate your program value to families and the community through various marketing campaigns. Continued and consistent communication of your vision creates value that parents and the community recognize, thus increasing the potential for 100% enrollment (AKA: a waiting list).
Our goal is for you to leave this conference with ideas and materials that inspire you to increase quality programming through a variety of effective techniques."
